Jackson Barnes is a New York-based singer and actor from Fort Worth, TX. From a family who loves music and basketball, it was only natural that he watched “High School Musical” at least once every other day, leading him to a passion for musical theatre.

Barnes received his Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Music Theatre and Vocal Performance from Oklahoma City University.

Currently, Jackson is on tour with Big League Productions Broadway national tour of “The Addams Family” as Lurch. Previously, he has worked with the Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma in their “Jersey Boys” production as Nick Massi. He has also worked in young audience theatre, partnering with the Meyers Theatre for Young Audiences’ world premiere “Taken for Granite” production as Abraham Lincoln.

Jackson has also performed in Regional Concerts partnering with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic as a soloist performing alongside Kelli O’Hara in the premier concert “An Evening with Kelli O’Hara” in 2023.
